Active Community Environment (A.C.E.) transforms lives by providing comprehensive support to strengthen our community. We've proudly trained over 900 individuals in career-advancing skills like construction, telecommunications, and computer technology, with 69% securing employment in high-earning fields. Our work includes dedicated workforce development for youth and adults, critical reentry support through criminal record expungement, and vital community advocacy such as autism awareness experiences and assistance for victims of crime. From equipping over 500 students at our original W. Manchester facility to partnering on environmental programs like Replace Your Ride, A.C.E. is committed to building a healthier, more prosperous, and equitable future for everyone.
